Cancellation Policy
Privé Lash & Beauty – Booking & Cancellation Policy
New Clients
• A $50 deposit is required to reserve your first appointment. This goes toward your service total.
• Deposits are processed at booking and are nonrefundable.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows, the full service amount will be charged.
Returning Clients
• We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If late cancellations happen more than once, a $50 deposit may be required to book future appointments (applied toward your service).
